The Candida diet basics
The basics of your anti- Candida diet are that you should avoid all foods containing sugar and yeast. You should also not be consuming red meat in big quantities. Don't be eating highly processed foods or junk food. You should also be trying to consume as many whole foods as you can.
What you should eat on Candida diets
Whole foods are going to be your best friend. This means you should be eating plenty of vegetables especially. The only vegetables that you should try and avoid are those with large amounts of sugar such as carrots and those with large amounts of starch such as potatoes. Other than that you should feel free to eat as many as you want. Also try to eat much of your vegetable intake raw. Buy yourself a good juicer because this will help to consume those excellent nutrients.
What about Candida diet recipes including meat
I would recommend that you avoid meat altogether during your first couple of weeks on the diet then I would say that it is safe to start consuming fish and organic poultry, especially chicken and turkey. Once you start eating beef again make sure it is organic, this will avoid the dangerous amounts of hormones that are present in non-organic meats.
The Candida diet and grains
You shouldn't be eating any grains at all especially wheat or processed grains. You may be allowed to eat brown rice and sprouted wheat. Also you should eat quinoa, millet, and buckwheat. All the grains should of course be organic.

Once you have gone through your Candida albicans diet, you should try and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This includes eating well and getting plenty of exercise.
